After over a decade immersed in every corner of restaurant life — from line cook to Michelin-featured FOH manager — Shane brings a rare 360º perspective to hospitality. Raised in Maplewood, NJ with deep Brooklyn Italian-American roots, his vision blends old-school warmth with sharp modern sensibility. Having worked in a NYT-reviewed kitchen, managed Michelin-recognized dining rooms, and built expertise across food, wine, and vibe as well as leading a team to fulfill the perfect service, Shane understands what makes a restaurant thrive. Buzzo is a culmination of that journey: a neighborhood-driven concept with big-city polish, built to nourish guests and staff alike and opening in a rapidly developing neighborhood where more people are looking for new dining experiences every day.
