For two months Buzzo supplied this Crown Heights Biodynamic wine bar whose owners have hands in Leyenda, Cafe Mado, and PDF, with an innovative menu of dishes combining traditional Italian recipes with iconic New York City grub.

Every night of the week for an entire year, Buzzo ran the kitchen of this Downtown Brooklyn Institution with an elevated slice shop menu, feeding loyal regulars, old Brooklyn, and teachers.

On a Monday night in December, Buzzo brought the neighborhood out to drink wine and eat spiedini over a charcoal grill, filling the bar with devoted fans.

For three months and seven nights a week, in an unprecedented fashion, Buzzo supplied this beloved posh spot and creative hangout with an elevated snack program, lauded for its flavors and branding.

The very first Buzzo residency was for three months every night of the week at this Infatuation praised hangout, with a creative Italian bar food menu, inspired by the brand as well as the iconic bar.
